I have tried to get Jack working on two different Windows 64bit PC's.

I have followed these instructions:
http://jackaudio.org/jack_on_windows

But once the server is running and I try to open Jack Control, I get this
message in the command window:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Jack>jackd.exe -R -S -d portaudio -d "ASIO::ASIO4ALL v2"
jackdmp 1.9.9.5

JACK server starting in realtime mode with priority 10
InitTime : multimedia timer resolution set to 1 milliseconds
Driver is not running
Driver is not running
CheckRes error
JackRequest::ClientOpen write error name = qjackctl

I get the "Driver is not running" error if I try to use JackRouter in my ASIO
application.

So then I tried setting Jack Control to launch Jackd.

When I do that, I get this in the message window in Jack Control:

23:02:14.394 JACK is starting...
23:02:14.395 jackd -S -v -r -m -dportaudio -d"ASIO::ASIO4ALL v2"
-c8 -r48000 -p1024

23:02:14.855 JACK has crashed.
23:02:16.830 Could not connect to JACK server as client. - Overall operation

failed. - Unable to connect to server. Please check the messages window for
more info.

Here is the output when I run this command:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Jack>jackd -v -S -R -dportaudio -r48000 -p1024

Thanks for your help!
