That is a shame. I've also wanted (but don't have the time/knowledge to look into writing) this functionality for ages. It is fantastic with JackOSX to be able to stream all system audio (youtube, games, VLC playback, etc) over netjack transparently.

Alas, Windows's audio framework seems to not be as flexible as OS X CoreAudio…
