1.9.9.5 is correct.

It's a prerelease, that's why the package is called 1.9.9.5+gitFoo.
The jackd2 binary itself already has the 1.9.10 version string, because
sletz bumps the version right after the release.
Maybe I should override it with a patch in the Debian package to reflect
the actual version (something like 1.9.9.5+gitFoo) to avoid confusion.

If you're talking about jackd2, then it's 1.9.9.5.
