Well said Ralf!

Pat should either talk to the lawyers or get cracking on an audio-focused
fork of AOSP/ cyanogen mod or whatever. There's clearly nothing  to gain
continuing to raise your concerns over Google's choice of Android's
direction or feature set here or on LAU.
