1) yes.

2) and jackd.exe -S -d portaudio -r44100 -p512 -C  "ASIO::DENON DJ ASIO Driver" -P "ASIO::DENON DJ ASIO Driver" is the same as  jackd.exe -S -d portaudio  "ASIO::DENON DJ ASIO Driver"
