Hmm, your complaint appears to be that jackdbus is packaged as jackd2?
As jackdbus is a compile time option of jackd2, not a separate version,
this seems perfectly correct to me.

Check the pulseaudio-discuss for recent discussion about device
reservation. It is known not to work properly.
