IIRC ,you can connect the channels via jack_connect

To the best of my knowledge you are the first person who has publicly
expressed an interest in having this functionality. Hence it doesn't exist
yet :-)

I'm happy to spend some time on it if you have some ideas for how to
achieve it for your use case.
