There is an alsa driver but there are a few bugs that are being worked
out. It is in active development and just needs a bit of feedback from the
community for the QA process.

With the right hardware and software combo you can do realtime low latency
with JACK. I've installed a couple of club systems with JACK setups. Feel
free to contact me off list if you want to discuss more specific details.
