Thanks, it work fine. It was late here, and I was so surprised that I
didn't searched, sorry.

It look like jack understand it. In the full configure output, I get:
C compiler flags : ['-march=native', '-O2', '-pipe', '-ggdb',
'-Wall']
C++ compiler flags : ['-march=native', '-O2', '-pipe', '-ggdb',
'-Wall']

Thanks, it work fine too. And opus custom modes are enabled by default
on gentoo.
