Well since NetJack1 is implemented in JACK2, this should be theoretically possible, although I'v not tested since a long time.

Ih netjack1 specific issue on Windows (lock of some functions..) can be solved then we should be able to keep the "jack2 can be a drop in replacement for jack1"

How does netjack2 works for you in this Linux 32 <===> windows7 64bits configuration? Any more precise report to do?
