Ok, this confirms my suspicions and explains why things didn't work as
expected (as per my post yesterday).  FFADO expects jackmp 1.9.9 to have
support for the new API revision, but the pre-release svn snapshot (which is
out of date and is superceded by the git contents) didn't yet include this.
