This is, without a doubt, the ffado-termination bug.

Either update libffado or remove it from your installation if you don't
have a firewire audio device.

Who are you trying to fool here? jackd1 (that's 0.121.3) doesn't use
waf, it is autotools based. jackd2, however, uses waf.

Instead of CC'ing half of the Internet, you should have run

    ./waf --help


It would have revealed that you have to pass "--alsa" to configure.
