Thank you both. I think the problem was that I didn't realize I had to pass
a -d flag twice... with that info being buried in #5 on the jack for
windows page, I must have completely missed it. Sorry!

I've managed to get all my audio routing correct and working, now I'm
configuring my MIDI. ;) Thanks for everything!
