You can, but in my experience so far you have to (1) use IAC (2) make
sure those other apps are up before starting JACK. from what i can
tell the CoreMIDI bridge doesn't dynamically track the arrival (and
departure) of ports. I've connected Nodal and Ardour3 like this, for
example.
