Several points:

1) there is indeed a JackMIDI/CoreMIDI bridge available since JackOSX 0.88.

2) Live uses CoreMidi. If Pure Data does support CoreMidi, then there is not need to use JackMIDI at all, you can simply establish a CoreMidi connection between Live and PD. This has to be tested first.
