[Jack-Devel] completely new to fedora/linux and requesting advice!

i am trying to set up ardour and the jack connection kit but i am
struggling. i have a tascam us1641 which i understand is not supported
so i am using the onboard vt1708s analog , it keeps saying this and is
driving me insane!
