Well over an IPC (not Dbus)

Note that we may remove the "jackcontrol + jackserver" separation by  
starting the server inside jackcontrol process. But then if the server  
crash, jackcontrlol is dead. This may be solved by an "jackcontrol  
deamon" automatic relaunch feature...
